The Celtics captured the No. 1 overall pick at the annual event Tuesday night just one day after earning a trip to the Eastern Conference finals. The Lakers retained their selection — much to the delight of team president of basketball operations Magic Johnson — and could potentially keep Lonzo Ball in California with the No. 2 pick.
