Williamson shed giant tears with his mother after hearing his name called, just a few picks before two of his fellow Duke teammates Barrett and Cam Reddish were selected in the top 10. Oregon’s Bol Bol was the biggest drop of the night. The 7-2 center fell from a mid-first round projection all the way to No. 44 with Miami (rights traded to Denver). North Carolina’s Nassir Little also dropped to much later in the draft than anticipated. Portland selected him at No. 25.
