Kristaps Porzingis attacked in Latvian nightclub

ESPN is reporting that Dallas Mavericks star Kristaps Porzingis was involved in a weekend altercation. The report states that the 24-year-old was visiting his hometown of Liepaja in Latvia when he was attacked at a local nightclub:

Shaq wants Laker fans to give Frank Vogel a chance

Vogel’s impending arrival hasn’t been well received by fans, with some questioning his ability to coach a contending team. However, Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal has told the Los Angeles Times that fans should get behind the former Pacers coach:
