The Jazz roster will undergo a number of changes this summer, and with Ricky Rubio set to leave, a new point guard will be at the top of Utah’s wish-list. So, heading into the off-season, here are three point guards being linked with the Jazz.

#3 Kemba Walker

Kemba Walker enjoyed a career year during the 18-19 season. The 29-year-old averaged 25.6 points, 5.9 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game and Dan Favale of Bleacher Report believes that Walker will be a target for the Jazz this summer:

Walker is eligible to sign a super max contract with the Hornets, although the point guard may be tempted to take less money in order to play on a contending team.

#2 D’Angelo Russell

Kyrie Irving is expected to join the Brooklyn Nets this summer, leaving D’Angelo Russell’s future with the team in doubt. After enjoying an excellent individual season, Russell has outgrown a reserve role, and Shams Charania of The Athletic is reporting that the Jazz are among a number of teams interested in signing the 23-year-old:

Russell was the Nets’ best performer during the 18-19 season, as he helped the franchise to end their four-year postseason drought. He averaged 21.1 points, 7.0 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game and was also named as an All-Star for the first time in his career.

#1 Patrick Beverley

During the 18-19 season, Patrick Beverley was a key performer for the LA Clippers, as he averaged 7.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. However, the Clippers will need to offload Beverley this summer in order to clear a path to sign two All-Star free agents, and Kincade Upstill of Desert News believes the veteran guard is an option for the Jazz:

Beverley is an upcoming unrestricted free agent, and he earned just $5 million for the 18-19 campaign.
